Satisfaction Guaranteed - 14 day return policy You may return merchandise within 14 days of date of receipt. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number. Please notify us via e-mail or by phone for a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of receipt of item. The returned item must be shipped within 7 days of issued authorization number. Return shipping instructions The merchandise must be returned complete and unaltered, in the original cartons, properly packed, with the original inner packing materialsand a valid Return Authorization Number. All returned merchandise must be returned by INSURED Parcel Post.
